  • India has vowed to avenge Pulwama attack, Pakistan denies responsibility
A single light bulb hangs from Anjal Singh's food cart as he inspects his skewers, on which rows of kebabs sizzle.
The stall is nondescript -- a roadside blue wagon, a price board, and a single plastic chair -- but for the colourful advertisment that screams Anjal's latest offer.
Shout the words, "Pakistan Murdabad", it tells hungry passersby, and they'll get a Rs 10 discount on chicken legs.
To eat at Anjal Singh's stall, you need to travel to the city of Jagdalpur, located in southern Chhattisgarh's Bastar district, not far from the Odisha border.
"Pakistan never valued humanity, never will."
- Anjal Singh, food stall owner
There is widespread fury in India after 40 CRPF paramilitary soldiers were killed in a suicide bombing carried out last week in Pulwama by the Pakistan-based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed. India has since killed the mastermind of the bombing.
Pakistan has denied responsibility for the attack in Pulwama.

Anjal Singh, the food stall owner, didn't mince his words when he described his views about Pakistan.
In an interview with ANI, he said Pakistan "never valued humanity", and that it never would.
And that, he added, is why everyone should say "Pakistan Murdabad" from "their hearts".
Last week, Chhattigsarh's lawmakers condemned the attack in Pulwama and paid homage to the CRPF martyrs. "The sacrifice of the martyred CRPF personnel will be remembered for ever," Speaker Charandas Mahant said.
