American aircraft manufacturer Boeing that is facing a major plane problem also seems to be up against an unbelievable space problem. So much so that Boeing has been forced to use actual car parking lots to park its grounded 737 Max jets.
Boeing has had to pause deliveries of its 737 Max passenger jets after two deadly crashesinvolving 737 Max 8 aircrafts led to countries across the world grounding the jet series. A faulty computer system was identified as a factor behind the two crashes, which killed 346 people. The computer system was reported to send the aircraft into a dive after getting incorrect data that the plane was pointed to high, or was about to stall.
A picture that is being circulated across the internet shows aircrafts parked in the parking lot for cars at the company's Renton factory in Washington. It has been termed as a 'historical moment in aviation history' by the Twitter account that shared the picture with the caption: "Aerial images show the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft parked in the staff car park because there is no more capacity left at the airport."
Here's the picture:
The internet has come up with hilarious responses while a certain section is finding it difficult to understand the scenario. "Meanwhile, Delhites planning to park their cars on runway," read a tweet while another said, "Hope the paid thr parking fee..."
Sample these responses:
After the deadly air crashes, the use of these aircrafts have been suspended by all nations until Boeing rectifies the issue. Speaking of the air crashes involving the jets, Dennis Muilenburg, Boeing CEO, said last week that their company "clearly had a mistake in the implementation of the alert".
